SBU wants you to grow as a mentally, physically and spiritually healthy individual. Free counseling services are offered to you to assist in that process.
SBU counseling services help by:
All SBU Counseling Services staff members are licensed mental health clinicians, as well as dedicated Christian professionals. Counseling services are free of charge to students, faculty, staff and families of faculty/staff. Students have priority if there is a waitlist.
Counseling appointments are typically scheduled between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, services are available at other times in order to best meet your needs.
We offer both individual counseling and relationship coaching or pre-marital counseling. Please choose the link that works best for you.
